The outstanding speed of construction on this large 210 unit project was a big plus for the Builder and Developer. This project commenced receiving AFS Logicwall® deliveries in July 2011 and received the final delivery in November 2011, a short 4 months structure time for this large 5 building development.

Skilled formwork teams installed the AFS panels by hand, erecting up to 100m² per 3 man team, per day.

The Builder proved the benefit of AFS’ short manufacture and delivery lead times as well as the coordination advantage of the wall panels labelled to correspond with shop drawings.
