The builders, BLOC (ACT), recognised this as essential in their blending of concrete, glass, stone and terrazzo for the project’s distinctive design and its 5-8 star energy rating.
Being a major project with two tower cranes, they also knew that afs logicwall® greatly reduces materialshandling. And seven residences, three whole-floor penthouses, 35 apartments and nearly 2,000sqm of commercial space went up in just 7 months.
