The available technical design data and support was most useful in assisting the design and documentation. Toga finalised negotiations with AFS as the preferred loadbearing system for the advantages of overall construction speed in conjunction with the prestressed floor structure, and the reduction in slab thicknesses using one way slab design in some areas instead of two way flat plate.
