I have worked with the company AFS Walling Solutions on a $40M Student Accommodation Project at Wollongong University that extensively used their afs logicwall^® System.

This product is a permanent formwork wall system & was used for both internal & external walls on the Project. For some internal walls the fibre cement panel joints were set & then the wall simply painted for a quick durable finish. The external walls in this Project were clad with various metal cladding products however you could just use an acrylic texture system to finish it if desired.

Through-out the Project the afs logicwall^® supply & procurement went smoothly & they provided any technical support as needed during installation. The main advantages of this product was the speed of structure construction, the safer handling & installation when compared to products like precast walls, & its performance compliances for environmental acoustic & fire measures.
